Who we are

Sabhahith Works Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated in India under CIN U62011KA2026PTC222900, with its registered office in Yellapur, Karnataka.

What this website is

An informational site describing our products and services. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here is professional advice you should act on without an engagement.

Advisory engagements

Advisory work — architecture reviews, platform assessments and scaling audits — is performed under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, and confidentiality. Where those terms conflict with this page, the engagement agreement prevails.

Unless agreed otherwise: fees are quoted exclusive of GST and are invoiced on completion of the agreed scope; invoices are payable within 15 days; and we retain the right to decline or discontinue work that falls outside the agreed scope.

Development engagements

Software development and AI tool development are performed under a separate written agreement setting out the scope, deliverables, milestones, fees and timelines. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement prevails.

Unless agreed otherwise, the following apply. Work is delivered against agreed milestones, and each milestone is invoiced on delivery. You have 10 working days from delivery of a milestone to accept it or to raise defects in writing against the agreed scope; if nothing is raised in that period the milestone is treated as accepted. Defects raised within that window are corrected at no additional cost. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is handled as a written change request with its own fees and timeline, and we may decline it.

Intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to you on receipt of payment in full for the relevant milestone. Until then we retain ownership. We keep ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how used to build the deliverables, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in what we deliver. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.

Delivery depends on your timely provision of access, information, decisions and reviews. Delays on that side move the timeline correspondingly.

We build and operate products of our own. Each one runs on its own domain, with its own signup, billing and terms:

Your use of any of those products is governed by the terms published on that product's own site. This page does not apply to them.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Deliverables from an advisory or development engagement are assigned as set out in the engagement agreement and, for development work, on payment in full as described above.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. We may block access for anyone who does.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is excluded, and our liability under any advisory or development engagement is capped at the fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
