What this policy covers

This policy covers https://sabhahith.com only. Our products each run on their own domain — skeletiq.com — and each publishes its own privacy policy governing the data you give it. Signing up for a product is not covered here.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, enquiry type, subject, and message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider receives your name, email address, and chosen time.

We do not collect payment details on this website. We do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and to deliver any service you engage us for. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are disabled by default and are only set if you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

Nothing on this site requires cookies to function. Declining costs you no functionality.

Who else processes your data

• Netlify — hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
• Calendly — receives your name and email if you book a call.
• Google Analytics — receives anonymised usage data, only with your consent.

These providers may process data outside India. We rely on their contractual safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records we are required to keep for tax or statutory reasons are retained for the period the law requires.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to the founder. We follow reasonable security practices as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and access it
• Correct or complete anything inaccurate
• Erase your personal data where we are not required to retain it
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf

Write to contact@sabhahith.com and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we lawfully did before you withdrew it.

Grievance redressal

Our grievance officer is the Founder, reachable at contact@sabhahith.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
